Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment is handled online securely online by our payment provider and we do not have visibility of your card details.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with 3rd parties.
If you would like to place and order directly or to order online and pay with you card over the phone then you can do so by calling 0345 6522 069.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All measurements are indicative and subject to change without notice, if you have are buying a product and are relying on a specific measurement please contact us in advance to confirm the exact details.
Shipping rates listed on our site are correct as quoted to us by our service provider, these rates will vary from time to time. In some cases locations can be classed as 'off mainland' and these attract a higher delivery cost, in some cases delivery service will not be available, we reserve the right to cancel any order that where a delivery service is not available or is charged at a higher rate by our service provider.
Special offers and discounts are subject to stock availability and are subject to change without notice. Any goods that are returned that formed part of an offer or discount will be refunded/credited and a new invoice will be issued for the remaining goods at full price.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to ship all orders placed by 12 noon during normal working days (Monday - Friday). During peak times this or for items that require custom preperation this time will be extended.
Please note that our shipping costs are based on delivering to mainland locations, if you live in a remote or offshore location such as Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc then please contact us before ordering to check on the shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel any order where the shipping cost to us is significantly higher than that paid.
Our courier classes these as restricted post codes and are not able to delivery some items to these addresses, plesae call before ordering as some items can still be shipped by an alternative method at a reduced service time.

Mainland UK deliveries are normally delivered within 2 days working day for orders place before 12 noon. Offshore, remote and international orders are generally take longer depending on the location and size of the product being shipped, please contact us by email with you full address for details.
You must inform us within 24 hours if the goods are damaged in transit, you should inpect the packaging for damage and sign as DAMAGED so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We will only take orders against items that are currently in stock.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
If you are a VAT registered company in the EU please contact us by email before placing an order.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card details are processed by our sevice provider, they are encrypted using at least 128 bit encryption. We do not have visibility of any card details and they are not stored by us. In the event of a card payment being in person card details details are not collected or stored.
We guarantee your satisfaction, should you received a product that doesn't meet your expectations then you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. The product should be in a condition that is fit for resale with all the original components. After 14 days our standard warranty process is in place, goods are returned at buyers cost and repaired or replaced by use.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
