Delivery charges
Our delivery charges start from just £2.99 for Mainland UK. The delivery charge for your order is calculated in the basket depending on weight. Goods are sent via Royal mail First Class or Insured Courier. Other services are available on request

Can you ship outside the UK?
Yes, on most of our items can be shipped to Europe but please contact us with your full address to we can arrange a quote for shipping.

Can I collect my order?

Will Bessel studio lighting work with my camera?
Our studio lights are compatible with all Digital and Film SLR's, all medium & Large Format cameras and any compact camera with a flash.

Do you accept official orders ?
Yes we do, please contact on 08456 522 069 so that we can process your order.

What if I have a problem with my studio equipment?
All Bessel studio equipment includes 1 year warranty (excluding bulbs). Please contact us.
