Our delivery charges start from just £2.99 for Mainland UK. The delivery charge for your order is calculated in the basket depending on weight. Goods are sent via Royal mail First Class or Insured Courier. Other services are available on request
Can you ship outside the UK?
Currently we can only dispatch to a UK address. Fulfilling orders outside the UK is a service we hope to be able to offer in the future.
Can I collect my order?
Yes by prior arrangement. Please contact us to ensure that your items are available at our office closest to you.
Will Bessel studio lighting work with my camera?
Our studio lights are compatible with all Digital and Film SLR's, all medium & Large Format cameras and any compact camera with a flash.
Do you accept official orders ?
Yes we do, please contact sales so that we can process your order.
Buying replacement or spare flash tubes?
We supply quality, easily available Perkin Elmer manufactured flash tubes, always in stock with us or available freely elsewhere.
What if I have a problem with my studio equipment?
All Bessel studio equipment includes 1 year warranty (excluding flash bulb). Please contact us to arrange replacement.
